This notice explains how Part 35 uses personal information collected through this website before the service launches. The data controller is Aleph Health Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15152750, trading as Part 35. Contact us about your data at hello@part35.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your name and email address
- Whether you are an expert, a doctor starting expert work, or a firm
- Your specialty, type and volume of work, and organisation, if you give them
- Anything you write about the tools you use
We also keep the date you signed up and a record of the consent you gave.
Why we use it
- To offer you a beta place and tell you when Part 35 launches
- To decide which specialty templates to build first
- To answer your questions
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Please do not send us any patient or case information through this website. When the product launches, case data will be covered by a separate data processing agreement.
Where it is kept and for how long
Your details are stored on our website host’s servers and in our business email. We keep waitlist details for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you log in to manage the site, WordPress sets cookies that are strictly necessary for that.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
